Today is Chris’s 9th Birthday. He got some cool stuff. He got a pogo-stick which is pretty neat, he got “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh” which is a way awesome movie. And he got some K’Nex.
I helped the first-graders learn to jump-rope. They are so cute!!!
Last summer we took two of our snow tires, some cinder-blocks and a really long wooden board and mad a teeter-totter – it was really fun and cool. When ever we were bored we would find some one else to totter with us. We would plan on inviting our friends over to play with us on it.
Weeks after we made it, it rained, We were tired of staying inside so as soon as it cleared up, me, Becca, Isaac and Abby went outside to play on the totter. Two on each side; the teeter-totter broke. I can see our surprised faces as we fell to the ground. It was totally hilarious that we were so stupid.

Do you actually remember this Lizzie? I know that it’s something we would do (we obviously did it), but I can’t remember it for the life of me, and it seems like it should be etched in my brain.
I totally remember that. It felt so final when it broke. We’d destroyed one of our favorite toys. I was so depressed. No, that word is not strong enough, I was distraught.
